ID UNLIMITED (formerly Flexdev Group) Acquires Polygraphic, a Leading Textile Customization Company for Sports in the Netherlands
October 16, 2025 – ID UNLIMITED (formerly Flexdev Group), the leader in Europe for sport-specific textile customization (€120 million in revenue, 600 employees) and a significant player in fashionwear and luxury, announces the acquisition of Polygraphic, a key player in the textile customization for sports and workwear in the Netherlands.
Polygraphic: A Prominent Name in the Netherlands
With solid leadership in its domestic market, Polygraphic (€10 million in revenue in 2024) has a substantial presence in the football world through its thermoadhesive transfer products (player names and numbers, badges, logos, etc.). The company is also a major player in workwear and enjoys widespread distribution in over 65 countries, with the United States accounting for 25% of its sales.
Production Facilities in the Netherlands and Honduras
Polygraphic leverages recognized design expertise through its own R&D department and has in-house production capabilities to meet specific client needs. Notably, it excels in designing, manufacturing, and distributing thermoadhesive transfers and badges for clothing and textile equipment customization. It operates two production sites, one in the Netherlands and another in Honduras, targeting demand in the Americas. The company employs 65 staff, with 37 in the Netherlands and 28 in Honduras.
Honduras: Gateway to the United States
The production site in Honduras (2,500m²) will serve ID UNLIMITED's expansion into the United States, following its acquisition in January 2025 of The Emblem Source, a leader in badges and patches catering to major American clients including New Era, Fanatics, Topps, Imperial, Nike, and major North American leagues like MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, and NCAA.
Through these acquisitions, ID UNLIMITED (formerly Flexdev Group) aims to grow in the United States in the sports textile marking elements - names & numbers - sector, which is its core business in Europe. In Europe, the company supplies customization elements to top football clubs (PSG, Manchester City, etc.), major national teams (France, England, etc.), and leading brands such as Adidas or Puma as well as top Formula 1 teams (McLaren, Red Bull, etc.) and major American leagues (NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB).
Flexdev Group Becomes ID UNLIMITED
With continued growth in the sports textile customization market (+100% revenue in 3 years) through both organic growth and acquisitions (The Emblem Source, Monblason, Aneyron), ID UNLIMITED (formerly Flexdev Group) has chosen to affirm its identity as the global leader in sports textile customization. The rebranding underscores the company's expertise and ambition to excel in this field globally.
As a European leader and a major player in the US in the expanding $3 billion sports textile customization market, ID UNLIMITED also showcases significant growth potential in a still fragmented market. At a time when major clients seek reliable, innovative partners who uphold stringent quality standards and can handle high-volume production to meet the demands of brands and clubs, ID UNLIMITED is well-positioned to excel.
To cater to its clients' needs, ID UNLIMITED (formerly Flexdev Group) operates production centers across strategic global locations: the UK, Italy, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, Turkey, Honduras, and Asia. Emblematic of its expertise, ID UNLIMITED offers a diverse range of marking techniques, including water-based solutions (constituting over 50% of production), hybrid transfers (digital and screen printing), sublimation on Twill, flock transfer, and Direct-To-Film digital transfer. To solidify its ambition to become a true one-stop shop for all its clients, all national production sites will be rebranded as ID UNLIMITED.
Supported by the family-owned investment holding company DENTRESSANGLE, ID UNLIMITED has established a new partnership with Polygraphic, led by a committed and passionate family executive, Hans Sijmons.
